-axis spawntime increased to 30s
-structural route changes
-flag scripting edit *
-allied CP spawn moved back up the ramp
-new minable area around the rocket

* if allies dyno the main door they obtain the forspawn (flag) but it's only secure for 30s... after this, axis are able to recliam it
