[ET] server update - etpro 3.2.6

The nedETPRO server has been updated from ET Pro v3.2.6 rc1 to v3.2.6

For Australian players, GameArena servers use 3.2.6 rc1 (for now) so best to get the latest etpro version from my (or another) server rather than replace the .pk3 This way a sum number will be added to the name so both servers can be played on.

beta 5 version played on night 2
final version played on night 3 and revisited on other nights
with the upcoming public beta release of 'The Lighthouse' I reckon it's time for another revisit of this amazing map.

I've installed an etpromapscript for the map Warbell.

restricts the access to the roof room at the belltower constructible to make defense up there a lot more vulnerable to explosives and to get rid of the massive backshooting that engies experienced a lot
sets allied spawntime to 25s instead of 20s giving the attackers another 5s of travel time advantage
makes the bellmechanism buildable with 1 engie chargebar (instead of 1.5), which makes the construction a lot faster
removes the wait at the mapend: map is won right after the 3rd sacrifice (Der'Saidin from GA league from downunder suggested this)

Everytime I've played The River on the pubs it's never been played the way it was intended ie. routes etc. For example, I think few people realise about the bridge and bridge controls.
